Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 3 cups Cooked white rice
  • 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.75 cup Breadcrumbs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and set aside.

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and allow to cool slightly, then dice into bite-sized pieces.
