Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with unsalted butter or cooking spray.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes. Place them in a bowl of cold water to prevent browning while you prepare the other ingredients.
