  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Remove and set aside.
