Ingredients

  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cups Bread flour
  • 2.25 teaspoons Instant yeast
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Optional marinara sauce (for dipping)

Directions

Step 1

Add the warm water, sugar, salt, and olive oil into the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the bread machine manufacturer.

Step 2

Add the bread flour and instant yeast on top. Make sure the yeast does not come into contact with the liquid initially.

Step 3

Set your bread machine to the ‘Dough’ cycle and start it.

When the dough cycle finishes (usually takes 1-1.5 hours), remove the dough from the bread machine and transfer it to a lightly floured surface.
