  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 60 g All-purpose flour
  • 500 ml Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly with clean hands or a spoon until the seasoning is evenly distributed.

Take about a tablespoon of the beef mixture and flatten it in the palm of your hand. Place a small amount (about 1 teaspoon) of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center, then fold the beef mixture around the cheese to form a small nugget shape. Ensure the cheese is completely sealed inside.
