  • 2 tablespoons green onions (finely chopped)
  • 0.5 cup extra cheddar cheese (for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or generously grease with butter or nonstick spray.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until fully combined.

In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth and well blended.
