  • 0.25 cup Chopped peanuts
  • 3 tablespoons Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and pat dry the romaine lettuce leaves. Set aside in the refrigerator to keep them crisp.

Finely mince the garlic and ginger. Thinly slice the red bell pepper and green onions. Set all aside.

Cut the chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces.
