  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.5 cup Pickles
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.

Step 2

Add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef. Stir well to evenly distribute the seasonings. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3

Heat another large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Spread a light layer of butter on one side of each tortilla.

Step 4

Place a tortilla, buttered side down, onto the skillet. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on one half of the tortilla.
