Ingredients

  • 200 grams Cream cheese
  • 100 grams Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 6 pieces Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 loaf or pack French baguette or crackers

Directions

Step 1

1. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and set them aside. If they are very dry, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes and then drain before chopping.

2. Mince the garlic clove finely. Set aside.

3. Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and let it soften at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to make it easier to spread.
