Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 1 cup Cheese Whiz
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray.

Step 3

Steam the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots until just tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 4

In a medium saucepan, combine the Cheese Whiz, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Heat over medium-low, stirring continuously, until smooth and creamy.

Step 5

Add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir to combine.

Step 6

In the greased casserole dish, spread the steamed vegetables evenly.

Step 7

Pour the cheese mixture over the vegetables, making sure all the veggies are evenly coated.

Step 8

In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and stir in the bread crumbs. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they are golden and crispy.

Step 9

Sprinkle the buttered bread crumbs evenly over the casserole.

Step 10

Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Step 11

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Step 12

Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
