  • 1 package (about 2 sheets) puff pastry sheets
  • 1 cup, grated cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup, grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Lightly flour a clean work surface with all-purpose flour to prevent sticking.

Unroll or unfold the puff pastry sheets onto the floured surface.
