Ingredients

  • 8 sheets phyllo pastry sheets
  • 100 grams melted butter
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 150 grams feta cheese
  • 100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, feta cheese, shredded mozzarella, egg, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until you have a smooth filling.

Step 3

Unroll the phyllo pastry sheets and cover them with a damp cloth to prevent drying out.

Step 4

Take one sheet of phyllo pastry and brush it lightly with melted butter. Fold it lengthwise into a long strip about 3 inches wide.

Step 5

Place a tablespoon of the cheese filling at the bottom of the strip. Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle, then continue folding upwards in a triangular pattern until the strip is fully wrapped around the filling.
