  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Step 1

Start by shredding the Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese if not already pre-shredded. Combine them in a bowl.

Place a large skillet over medium heat and let it warm up for a couple of minutes.

Add one tablespoon of butter to the skillet and let it melt completely, ensuring the bottom is evenly coated.
