Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash and prepare the vegetables. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds.

Place the prepared vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss well to coat the vegetables evenly.
