Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Boneless pork loin roast
  • 6 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Place the pork loin on a clean cutting board. Using a sharp knife, carefully butterfly the pork by slicing it horizontally almost all the way through, then open it like a book.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped parsley, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the inside of the butterflied pork loin.
