  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.

Step 2

Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until it forms a rough dough.

Step 3

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Step 4

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
