Ingredients

  • 1 ball (12-inch size) Pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 ounces (thinly sliced) Ribeye steak
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 1 medium (sliced) Green bell pepper
  • 1 medium (sliced) Yellow onion
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cornmeal

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat while the oven preheats.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak, season with salt and ground black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced green bell pepper and onion, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 4

Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Sprinkle a pizza peel or baking sheet with cornmeal to prevent sticking and transfer the dough to the surface.

Step 5

Sprinkle the rolled-out dough with garlic powder for added flavor. Arrange the provolone slices evenly across the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Step 6

Evenly distribute the cooked steak slices, sautéed peppers, and onions over the cheese. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 7

Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone (or place the baking sheet in the oven) and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 8

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
