  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium-sized oven-safe baking dish or soufflé dish.

Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Place the bread, buttered side down, into a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
