  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter

  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.125 tsp Nutmeg

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to the package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water before draining; set the ravioli aside.

In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the sage leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes until the butter turns golden brown and the leaves are crispy. Remove the sage leaves and set them aside for garnish.
