  • 24 pieces Cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended, then set aside.

Spread 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Place a single layer of cheese ravioli (about 12 pieces) on top of the sauce.
