Ingredients

  • 100 grams Unsalted butter
  • 240 milliliters Water
  • 130 grams All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 120 grams Grated cheddar cheese
  • 200 grams Cream cheese
  • 120 grams Sour cream
  • 70 grams Salsa (mild or spicy)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, water, salt, and black pepper. Heat on medium until the butter is completely melted, and the mixture begins to boil.

Remove the pan from heat and immediately add the flour, stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon to form a dough.

Return the pan to low heat and cook the dough for about 2 minutes, stirring continuously, until it pulls away from the sides of the pan and forms a smooth ball.
