  • 1.5 pounds Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Egg
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Mashed potatoes
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat mixture.
