  • 250 g Cream cheese, softened
  • 200 g Ricotta cheese
  • 150 g Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 150 g All-purpose flour
  • 100 g Unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 30 g Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9-inch pie pan or springform pan.

In a medium bowl, mix the flour, softened butter, 25g of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough.

Press the dough evenly into the bottom and sides of the pie pan to form the crust. Prick the crust with a fork several times to prevent bubbling during baking.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and ricotta cheese together until smooth. Add the remaining 25g of sugar and mix well.
