In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Add instant yeast and warm water to the dry ingredients, mixing gently until the dough starts to come together.
Pour in the olive oil and continue to knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
