Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette
  • 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Green olives (pitted)
  • 1 cup Black olives (pitted)
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Brush each slice lightly with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil.

Step 4

Peel the garlic cloves, cut them in half, and set aside.

Step 5

Place the baguette slices in the oven and toast for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove them and let cool slightly.

In a food processor, combine green olives, black olives, cream cheese, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Blend until smooth.
