Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 0.5 cups milk
  • 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cups mushrooms
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1 teaspoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or spray a 9-inch round baking dish or pie plate with olive oil and set aside.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on paper towels to drain. Once cool, crumble the bacon into small pieces.
