  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 Fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned, drained)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish or cast-iron skillet and set it aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, paprika, and ground cumin. Mix well to evenly distribute the dry ingredients.
