  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

  • 1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.75 cup Ketchup
  • 0.5 cup Chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or oil.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, chopped onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Mix thoroughly with your hands or a spatula until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
