  • 115 grams Unsalted butter

  • 60 grams Rice Krispies cereal

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Grate the sharp cheddar cheese finely and set it aside. Make sure it is at room temperature for easier mixing.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and grated cheddar cheese until smooth using a hand mixer or wooden spoon.
