  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 4 ounces Mozzarella cheese (block, cubed)
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well integrated.
