  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.

Briefly heat each corn tortilla in the skillet for about 10 seconds on each side until pliable, then set aside.
