Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Salted butter, cold
  • 1.25 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.125 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)
  • 2 tablespoons Ice water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a food processor, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Pulse to mix the dry ingredients.
