Ingredients

  • 1 whole baguette
  • 200 grams fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic clove

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices on a slight diagonal to create more surface area.

Step 3

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet.

Step 4

Drizzle the slices with olive oil evenly, and then season with a small pinch of salt and pepper.
