Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry sheets
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 150 grams spinach
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Thaw puff pastry sheets according to package instructions.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool before chopping finely.

In a large bowl, mix together the feta cheese, cream cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Lightly dust a clean surface with flour and roll out each puff pastry sheet to about a 12x12 inch square.
