  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 300 grams Frozen spinach
  • 200 grams Feta cheese
  • 100 grams Ricotta cheese
  • 1 Large egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Thaw puff pastry sheets according to package instructions.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 3

In a large bowl, mix thawed and drained spinach with crumbled feta cheese, ricotta cheese, and 1 beaten large egg.

Season the mixture with nutmeg, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Roll out each puff pastry sheet on a floured surface to smoothen out any creases.
