  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 4 Hot dogs
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Pickle relish (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable, or heat them in a dry skillet on medium heat for 10-15 seconds per side.

Step 2

Cook the hot dogs according to your preference: grill them, pan-fry them, or boil them until heated through. Set aside.

Step 3

Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese evenly across the center of each tortilla.

Step 4

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the cream cheese layer on each tortilla.

Place one cooked hot dog in the center of each tortilla, on top of the cheese layer.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the burritos seam-side down to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until the bottom is golden and crisp.

Flip the burritos and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes until the tortilla is crisp and the cheese inside is melted.
