Ingredients

  • 150 grams Cheddar cheese
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2

Grate the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses finely, then mix them together in a large bowl.

Step 3

Add the garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley to the cheese mixture. Stir until well-combined.

Step 4

Using a tablespoon, scoop small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound gently with the back of the spoon to form thin circles, approximately 2 inches in diameter. Leave enough space between each mound for the cheese to spread as it bakes.
