  • 200 grams Cheddar cheese, grated

  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 50 grams Breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a baking dish with a little butter or non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
