Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly with olive oil spray.

Step 2

Bring a medium pot of water to a boil, and blanch the broccoli florets for 2 minutes. Immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain thoroughly and chop finely.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, all-purpose flour, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
