Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions (chopped)
  • 40 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/4 cup Water (for sealing wontons)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and chopped green onions. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Step 2

Lay a wonton wrapper on a clean, flat surface. Place about 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper.

Step 3

Dip your finger into water and run it along the edges of the wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper diagonally to form a triangle and press the edges to seal tightly. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Step 4

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Step 5

Carefully place a few wontons into the hot oil, being sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the wontons and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Step 6

Repeat the frying process with the remaining wontons.

Step 7

Serve warm with additional ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, or extra buffalo sauce for dipping.
