Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 stalks Green onions, finely chopped
  • 6 slices Crisp bacon, crumbled
  • 0.5 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 tsp Hot sauce
  • 0.25 tsp Kosher salt
  • 0.25 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese by stirring it until smooth.

Add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper to the cream cheese. Mix well until combined.
