  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil or ghee
  • 0 to taste Salt

Directions

Step 1

Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds until aromatic.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
