  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Cornflour
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 2 cups Cooking oil
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Clean the whole chicken and pat it dry. Using a sharp knife, make deep cuts into the chicken to allow the marinade to penetrate.
