  • 400 g ripe cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 10 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 50 g crumbled feta cheese
  • 50 g slivered red onion

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Rinse and pat dry the cherry tomatoes. Toss them in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
