Ingredients

  • 1 medium Yellow onion
  • 1 cup Beef broth

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 4 pieces Hamburger buns
  • 8 pieces Pickle slices
  • 4 teaspoons Yellow mustard

Directions

Step 1

Peel and finely dice the yellow onion.

Step 2

In a large skillet, add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook over medium heat, breaking apart the ground beef with a spatula or wooden spoon until the beef is browned and the onions are soft, about 7–8 minutes.

Drain any excess grease from the skillet, but leave a small amount for flavor.

Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
