Ingredients

  • 2 large Mango
  • 1 medium Pineapple
  • 1.5 cups Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 4 medium Kiwi
  • 1 large Orange
  • 1 large Lime
  • 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 0.5 cup Granola (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the fruits thoroughly under running water to ensure they are clean.

Step 2

Peel the mangoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes. Transfer the pieces to a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Remove the skin and core of the pineapple, then dice it into small chunks. Add these to the bowl with the mangoes.

Hull the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size. Add them to the bowl.
