  • 0.5 cup Champagne or dry sparkling wine
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season the pork chops generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Set aside to come to room temperature while preparing the pan.
