  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for rolling)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Cream them together using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
