  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 4 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup Mango, diced
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small Cucumber, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan or regular skillet over medium-high heat.

Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
