  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 6 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Guacamole

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, refried beans, chili powder, and ground cumin. Mix until well combined.

Step 2

Lay a tortilla flat and place about 1/3 cup of the filling mixture in the center. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly to form a burrito-like shape. Secure with a toothpick if necessary. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Step 3

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep skillet or heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
